Welcome to Ferguson

It's an unusual little place, but we hope you enjoy your stay. This single page website contains some basic information on the property and a contact form which you can use to give feedback or report any damage. Please read at least the 'Important' section - it's very short.

Important

We would appreciate if you could please:

• Ensure that the bathroom fan is turned off at the switch when not in use
• Lock the front door using both locks when leaving
• Ensure that the windows are closed and locked, and the blind and shutters closed, when the property is unoccupied
• Do adjust heat settings up or down or use the boost feature for hot water, but please not attempt to adjust the programming of the thermostat 
• Remove all food items when leaving the property
• Respect our neighbours, particularly when arriving or leaving 

The above is particularly important when leaving the property at the end of your stay so please do check. 

Where Do I Find?

Ferguson is very minimally equipped and, in the kitchen, everything is self-evident. However, some other basic items are tucked away in the plastic tubs on the shelves and in a 'cubby' below the right hand cushion of the bench. You shoud be able to find: 

• Iron & table-top Ironing board
• Hair dryer
• Modular handheld vacuum cleaner
• Telescopic mop
• Basic cleaning products
